In the words of George E. Woodberry,
“Defeat is not the worst
of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure.”
Never stop just because you feel defeated. The
journey to the other side is attainable only after great suffering.
Coming to exams, every year we hear hundreds of people losing their precious
life upon fearing the outcome of their exam results. Recently Tamil Actor
Suriya also quoted it in a public gathering and spoke about the purpose and
value of one’s life. While, exam results may put enormous pressure on the
youngsters of this generation it is also important to support and motivate them
at desperate times. Finally as Maya
Angelou rightly said, “While one may encounter many defeats, one must not be
defeated”, we shall not be defeated from our heart whatever challenge life
poses on us…
