JEE scholarships
The joint entrance examination (JEE) is an
all India examination conducted every year for the candidates aspiring for the
various engineering courses at some of the prestigious and premier institutions
such as IIT, NIT, ISM, IISER, IISc etc. The candidates pursuing the various
joint entrance examinations can obtain the various scholarships once they clear
or obtain their All India ranks.
The Joint entrance examination (JEE) is
such a highly competitive examination conducted by the Central Board of
Secondary education and the Indian Institute of Technology. The candidates
prepare for the examination from the start of their tenth or eleventh to get to
their dream institutions and pursue their education. The Joint entrance
examination (JEE) is thus highly competitive and there are a lot of benefits

List
of the JEE Scholarships
The candidates who have obtained all India
ranks are provided with the various scholarships according to their financial
need and their All India ranks. The JEE scholarships for the candidates who
have cleared the JEE and obtained the All India Ranks can make use of the
various scholarships given by the various organisations and different
philanthropists.
1. GIRISH READY Scholarship
a) Eligibility criteria
On the basis of the highest
JEE rank and the parent’s income has not exceeded Rs.4,50,000 per year, such
candidates are eligible for the above mentioned scholarship.
b) Scholarship amount
The candidates will be entitled
to Rs.25000 per year and can renew the scholarship for the next semester with a
minimum CGPA of 8.0 in the previous semester.
2. Institute Notional Prize
a) Eligibility criteria
On the basis of the rank
in JEE and their parent’s annual income not exceeding Rs.500000
(The number of scholarships
being provided every year around two) .On the basis of their best of academic
performance and previous school years score, parents annual income not
exceeding 500000 per annum. (The number of scholarship is around one under this
scheme).
b)
Scholarship amount
The candidates are
provided with a scholarship amount of Rs.25000 per year and the renewal of
scholarship in the subsequent years in subject to a minimum of GPA of 8 in the previous
semester.
3. Indian Women association
at Bonn scholarship
Eligibility criteria
On the basis of
the JEE rank and the parent’s annual income not exceeding than 5 lakhs, the
candidate is eligible for the above mentioned scholarship.
Scholarship amount
The scholarship
amount is Rs.1250 per month to one eligible B.Tech student for 12 months only.
4. DR K Vasanth Rau
scholarship
Eligibility criteria
On the basis of the students JEE
rank and the annual parent’s income not exceeding more than 5.50 lakhs per
annum, the candidate becomes eligible for the scholarship.
Scholarship
amount
One student will be awarded for the
duration of one year of an amount of Rs.25000 and it is renewable for the next
semester with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 and above.
