JEE Main 2015 Exam, Application Form, Apply Online - 1

The Joint entrance examination (JEE) is an all India examination for the candidates aspiring for the engineering courses and technological education in India’s premier educational institution such as Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), NITs, IIITs, ISM and IIISER. The joint entrance examination (JEE) is divided into two parts Part A and Part B. Every year, around 13 lakh aspirants write JEE making it one of the biggest engineering examinations being conducted in India.  
 
The Part A is the Joint entrance examination (Mains) and Part B is the Joint entrance examination (JEE advanced). The entrance Mains are for the candidates aspiring for the engineering courses and technical education in the institutions such as Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Government engineering institutions, top private engineering colleges, and National Institutes of Technology (NITs). The candidates who clear the examination Part A (JEE mains) are only eligible for the JEE advanced examination. The top ranking candidates from the JEE mains are only allowed to attend the JEE examination advanced.  

About JEE 2015

The JEE Main 2015 examination is being adopted by most of the states in India. This year 2014, the Indian states ‘Maharastra’ and ‘Odisha’ have dropped their own entrances and have adopted the IIT JEE. All of the admissions in engineering under-graduation courses were based on the All India Ranks obtained by the candidates in the Joint entrance examination (JEE). 

The process of JEE Main 2015 is basically online. The examination will be conducted in online mode. The prospectus and the offline application form have been dropped. The candidates have to fill the application form online for the official website of JEE. No other documents and certificates are required to be sent to the JEE office. Such applications will be discarded.    

Application Form 

The application form for the JEE (Joint entrance examination) is to be filled by the candidate via online mode only. For the application, the candidates can access the official website. It must be noted that the online application form requires the scanned images of photographs (specifications), thumb impressions and signature. As mentioned earlier, no documents and certificates should be sent to the application JEE office. 

Apply online

The application fee for the Joint entrance examination (JEE) is to be paid through the two payment modes. If the candidate chooses to pay through debit/credit card, the overhead service cost would also be charged as follows. 

Credit card payment may require the 1.20% exam fee plus the service cost. The debit card payment may require the 0.75% plus taxes for up to Rs.2000 and 1% plus exam fee for more than Rs.2000. once the application forms, the admit cards can be downloaded from the official website of JEE.
